1878-190. Revenues. Documents. 0.01 Cent Thru 37,50 Pesos. Specialized group of 96 stamps in pairs, strips of 3 or 4. All belonging to the different trial printings made by the ABNCo. Chiefly all punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red or blue with different sizes. Many of the multiples are marginal or corner marginal with imprints, violet cachet "RETURN TO ISSUE ROOM to be held for reference", "RETURN TO RECORD & SPECIMEN DEPT", etc. Some with further manuscript rotation. Mint Never Hinged or hinged mint. FINE, VERY FINE & scarce.
