1912-15 issue. VARIETIES. Scott 199a, 201-203, 204a & 207a. Seven stamps with PLATE FLAWS including white line below "DEL", "LEL" for "DEL", "GENTECIMO", lowered "L" of "DEL", broken frame at top right corner & bottom foot of left "2" broken. Hinged mint or used. Ave to VERY FINE. Scarce.
