1975. UNITED NATIONS. Souvenir Sheet issued in commemoration of Crisquapipex in 1925 overprinted by the Philippines philatelic Association. Only 650 Souvenir Sheets remainders were overprinted. Sold exclusively to members to finance the Exhibition. This sheets is not a goverment issue and has no Franking value. FINE, VERY FINE.
