Description
1902. Revenues. Supreme Court Fee. Spanish 1896-97,5 cents stamped paper cut out handstamp in red by the "US MILITARY GOVERMENT 1902" and new blue numbers at top right. FINE, VERY FINE. This is the only foreign stamp used for US Revenue. Still affixed to an old auction house lot. Most scarce!
