Starts with an unrecorded useage of the fancy "CERTIFICACION" cancel on an unoverprinted 10 cents, very rare, still affixed to part piece. Paid €600 as unique. Then, Scott & (some) Yvert unlisted. Bustamante 37, 38, 38a, 39a & 39b Including an extra 1 Cent with triangle type 4 and small black "Franca" at top, used. The other 1 cent is unused, no gum. Yvert 26. 5 Cents with triangle type 4 and small black "Franca" at top, used by "AREQUIPA" straight line cancel. 5 Cents with triangle type 4 and DOUBLE black "Franca" at top and bottom (this was handstamped double by the PO to allow to be bisected and to be used as payment for the Railroad rate charge), very rare, with the most scarce "JULIACA" negative cancel. Yvert 28. 10 Cents with triangle type 3, blue Plata Lima and DOUBLE small black "Franca" at top and bottom (again, this was handstamped double by the PO to allow to be bisected and to be used as payment for the Railroad rate charge), used by circular Arequipa cancel. Finally, the key item of all these, Bustamante 39b, 10 Cents with blue Plata Lima and small black "Franca" at top, BUT WITHOUT TRIANGLE OVERPRINT, used by neat Arequipa straight line cancel, crossed out in Bustamante catalogue as there are only 3 copies known (one of the known copies sold for $1,250 + comission six years ago!).-
