Revenues. 1938. Special purpose stamps. Ley 7744. Extranjeria (Foreigners). Akerman UNRECORDED ABNCO. 5, 10 & 20 Soles perf proofs. Three corner marginal strips of three & a strip of four, punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN". All with plate numbers "F10575" for "F10989" & violet cachets "REturn to RECORD & SPECIMEN DEPT" Mint never hinged. VERY FINE & very rare. Ex - ABNCo proof files. Posibly unique!
