Description
1938. Official Seals. Scott & Yvert unlisted. Bustamante unlisted. UNISSUED DESIGN. Printing previous to the mandatory "FORMA 54" imprint at top of seal, that started in 1939 with Bustamante 35. Specialized collection of 16 seals. Black on Red, deep blue or sky blue chalky surface paper. Includes two regular seals & 14 varieties including ARMS shifted upwards, "PERU" inverted, "CIERRE OFICIAL" minor printing, "haberse" inverted, "ARMS" inverted, "ARMS" inverted & double impression, Double impression & black offset impression at reverse. Unused, no gum. FINE, VERY FINE & scarce to gather.
