Revenues. 1937. Special Purpose stamps. Judicial (Ley 6664). Akerman 10 & 11. Full set. Superbe group of seven corner marginal strips of three. Perf proofs, punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN". All with violet boxed "Return to RECORD & SPECIMEN DEPT" cachts. Mint, never hinged. VERY FINE & scarce. Ex - ABNCo proof files. Almost impossible to duplicate.
