Revenues. 1937. Special purpose stamps. Pagares Vales & Letras (Ley 7622). Akerman 26-31. Superbe group of 12 corner marginal strips of three & two marginal or corner marginal pairs. Full set of perf proofs including extra shades, punch & overprinted "SPECIMEN". All with violet boxed cachets. "Return to RECORD & SPECIMEN DEPT". Mint never hinged. FINE, VERY FINE. Ex - ABNco proof files. Almost impossible to duplicate. Total 40 stamps. Akerman does not lists there Specimens.
