Description
1936-37. Air issue. Scott C16 thru C38. R. Lowe PE8A. Full set of 12 PERF PROOFS in unissued colors, punch holed & overprinted "Waterlow & sons LTD SPECIMEN". Mint never hinged but Scott C38 unused, no gum. FINE, VERY FINE & rare being these the 12 proofs prepared by Waterlow for this issue.
