Unissued Lyon design, trial made for Paraguay first issues, unadopted. Originals are very rare and exist in 8 different colors. Here is a rare full sheet of 12, forgery on thick ungummed paper. VF and uncommon in full sheets, as usually they were trimmed in order to sell them individually.
