1904. REVOLUTIONARY GOVERMENT. 14 stamps unlisted in Scott, Yvert, Michel, Kneitshchel, etc. Overprinted "Gobierno provisorio Ago. 1904" including 1 cent, 2 cents & 5 cents with one of each unused and used. The, a 2 cents and a 5 cents with INVERTED SURCHARGES unused and used respectively. Finally, a superbe group of the six values (2c, 5c, 10c, 20c, 30c & 60c) with DOUBLE SURCHARGE, ONE INVERTED. Hinged mint, unused or used in mixed quality, AVE-F,VF. First time I have so many of these together, with some values 20c, 30c & 60c I've never had. These stamps were only use for a very short period of time in a few Revolutionary locations in Paraguay. Very rare.
