The Second part is a superbe official collection mounted in 7 album pages with 125 stamps including some multiples featuring the early official stamps from the second impression (known as reprints) without ovpts, unused or used, multiples with double ovpts. Then, 1889 issue with a corner marginal block of four with tete-beche ovpts (first time I have it) and the 1890 issue with a good degree of forged ovpts in different colors. A superbe collection in mixed condition, AVE to VF.
