Description
1915. Scott unlisted. Yvert TS 39A. 10 cents blue, overprinted "OFICIAL" in a different type. According to Scott note after Scott O56, it is stated that 40 stamps wre overprinted for the postmaster General but the stamp was nevar put in used or on sale at PO, but this stamp is acutally used by the purple "HONDURAS" in bars cancel. FINE, VERY FINE appeal, small thin. Key item of Honduras official stamps, extremely rare.
