Values are 2 Centimos de Piastre, 1 & 3 Centimes de Gourde. Ultimate full set. Plate number marginal blocks of four, punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN". MINT, NEVER HINGED. FINE, VERY FINE & seemingly unique. one block with hinge reinforcement. Black centers featuring O. Zamor & T. Auguste. Ex - ABNCO proof files.
