1920. Centenary of the Independence of Guayaquil. Scott 223-242. Full set. Superbe group of 20 fully margined plate number F6184" or "F6414" (Scott 234) blocks off 20 with "American Bank Note Company, NEW YORK" imprints at top plus "Nov 19 1919" violet handstamps (MAY 17 1920 handstamp Scott 234). Three multiples with additional manuscript notations on top margin. Punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN". MINT, NEVER HINGED. FINE, VERY FINE & almost impossible to duplicate. Ex - ABNCo proof files. Total 400 specimen.
