1937. DOUBLE DUE RATED domestic mail. Scott 156, printed matter rate on unsealed corner card cover. Slezka Ostrava cds Aug25 to Prwoz but forwarded to Brno with J62 & J65 used by "neplatne!" straight line cancel & the same cds Aug26. Due rated again at destination with same stamps used by the receiver to return it to sender. on back, Ostrova cds, origin of this MOST UNUSUAL.
