1912. Scott 248a. Marginal booklet pane of six, VERTICALLY IMPERF AT CENTER. Punch holed & overprint "SPECIMEN" in violet. Part "ABNCO" imprint at top margin. Perf splits at second row, reinforced with hinges, balance FINE, VERY FINE. Fine & scarce!
