Description
1945 issue. Scott C138. Gebauer 167d, but cuith crude "25" handstamp (unrecorded in all specialized literature). Private impression (not original) made to defraud the post. Printed on grayish paper. Used, as only used copies are Known. FINE, VERY FINE in order to catch the thieves, Avianca took from circulation the 30 cents for several months!. Only copy known with the "25" handstamp.
