1910. Centenary issue. Scott 337. Center proof on paper & photo cener proof. The first one with pencil "1 Peso Columbia stamp March 1910 F2397, Bass relief N°2". At reverse, statue lower part & sticker with "F2397" code. The other with the center as printed & the inscription "Imploro la conrfimacion de la libertad absoulta de los esclavos" in pen, with sticker & pencil at top. at reverse, instructions in pencil including the number of stamps to be printed (8.000).
