1863. Coat of Arms. Scott 26. "THE PERFECT FORGERY" according to Mr. Dieter Bortfeldt (See page 117 of his handbook). Green instead of red. Unused, no gum. Small tear at right otherwise FINE, VERY FINE. Very rare.
