1898. Revenues. Rio Grande do Sul. Stamp duty. Forbin 16-20 & unrecorded 20,000 Reis. Corner marginal strips of four or three punch holed & overprinted "SPECIMEN". All with violet "RETURN to E5 to be hold for reference" cachet & "FEB-1898" handstamp. Mint never hinged. Some with rouletted spluts, otherwise FINE, VERY FINE. Ex - ABNCo proof files. Scarce assortment.
