1850. Vesticais. Numeral issue. Scott 21-28. Full sheet of 56 stamps se-tenant. FOURNIER philatelic forgery, 9th type according to Sudant handbook. Hinged mint. Vertically and horizontally creased on margins only. FINE, VERY FINE. This is the best forgery made of this issue.
