1867 5 c Green, third re-engraving, single and block of three, positions 55 and 42-43/54 respectively (why the single was separated from the block is not clear), tied to entire folded letter of February 7, 1868 to Cobija (Lamar), cover apparently had an additional enclosure as this pays the double rate for 1/2 oz. to 1 oz. between different departments, both tied by single strikes of "Potosi" and cornucopia in ornamented circular handstamps, top pair of the block is cut in and affected by a strong horizontal file fold, slight age discoloration to the cover, otherwise fine; despite the condition issues this is an exceptionally rare cover being the only example in the Ortiz-Patino collection that shows a 20c internal rate.
