1869. FRANCO-PRUSSIAN WAR. Stampless entire stampless (early chemical factory) originated stampless & dated in STRASBOURG on Oct24 with "franco" at BL to Obrigheim, Grundstadt. However, Baden Scott 27 (blunt corner) was affixed at Kehl, cds Oct26 to continue to destination with receiver on back. FINE. Scarce.
