15 cents Escuditos proof finally emerged to the surface. It is a 15 cents, blue, top value with accent over the "U", printed on old anuary pages. See 1974 Kneitschel page 552. It is the rarest of all. There are only 1 pair recorded and 4-5 singles, all with visible faults as the one here, that is thinned.
