1894. PS. Envelope used "POR EXPRESO" (Express service served by the Railroad to Rosario, FCR). H & G B12a. La Plata cds Mar10 & the boxed marking alongside on unsealed entire to Ramallo with receiver Mar11 on back. Early mounting slits & adhesive presumably replaced but most scarce item.
