Scott 23-26 top values, imperf proofs on india paper (scarce). 1888-91 issue. Group of one single, two pairs, 5 blocks of four & two DIE PROOFS. This group includes the most scarce Scott 87 & 88 top values in unissued & issued colors, manuscript written at reverse by Post Office Postmaster! + Unissued 2 Pesos & 50 Pesos + two die proofs of the 50 Pesos in black & mauve. Then, 1892 issue with Scott 98, 100-101, 115 & unissued 15 Cents, galore of 30 imperf pairs, proofs on thin paper in different colors. 1899-1903 Liberty Seated with 5 imperf blocks of four & an imperf block of six in different colors on thick paper. 1911 Agriculture Scott 177 Sunken die proof in issued color, followed by 12 imperf pairs & an imperf block of four, all being proofs or essays with 1.25 Pesos green, printed on both sides! In addition, 1892 full set with "Muestra" (Specimen) overprints, 1921-1936. Scott 291, 358-361 full set, Scott 453, 369-370 & 371-373 all with "Muestra" (Specimen) overprints including some with different types. VF.
