Barquitos Full Sheet of the "TO RS", Kneitschel #8 printed in YELLOW CHALKY SURFACE PAPER (white and thin at reverse), unwatermarked. Marked as a reprint. The original album pages states "Rare Reprint of the 1 Peso of 1859" and, as you can see on the sheet, actual typing positions are placed in order. See that the "TO PS" varieties are in position, Types 5, 33 & 44 and "A" of "FRANCO" without bar is also in position, type 20. So I must assume that this was made with the original plates that once were located in our National Museum. Very fine and rare. A showpiece!
