Return and Refund Policy

At RareCorner.com, we aim to provide accurate and transparent services. However, due to the nature of sourcing rare and unique items, our return and refund policy is specific and limited.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to locate and deliver the item after payment has been received.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders canceled by the customer after payment.
  • Delivery delays due to third-party shipping providers or customs.
  • Condition-related dissatisfaction when the condition was previously disclosed.
  • If an alternative item was accepted by the user and delivered accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, users must notify us within 48 hours.
  • Evidence such as photographs will be required.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and partial or full refunds may be offered if valid.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
